Purpose
Using this program, you can change the export status ofdisposal portions and complete the disposalprocess for disposal portions.

Prerequisites
You have received confirmation of the receipt of your disposal portionfrom the central archive.

Activities
You can see the export status of a disposal portion in the traffic lightdisplay in the first column of the table.
If you click on the traffic light, you can set the export statusDisposal Export Completed - Unconfirmed to the statusDisposal Export Completed - Confirmed.
Disposal portions for which no submission directory has yet been createdare displayed with the status List of Providers Created.
You can delete disposal portions with the status Disposal ExportCompleted - Confirmed. To do this, select the disposal portion andchoose Delete Cases. The system then deletes all cases and thedocuments that are included in the cases.
