The above-mentioned function module provides partly new material numbersthat have already been issued.
This can occur if a material creation report in function moduleMATERIAL_MAINTAIN_DARK has been interrupted. This could cause a materialmaster record to be created, although the MATERIALID table does not yetcontain the relevant entries.
In report RMMKOP01, the error message
Material no.: Colored material already exists is issued.
The material does not actually exist, but the function moduleMATNR_NUMBER_CREATE has already issued a number to report RMMKOP01.
Report RMMKOP02 should then run for all materials that get a messagefrom RMMKOP01.
If report RMMKOP01 or an MM01/02 transaction terminates with thefollowing message:
On calling the module &v1&, required parameters are missing youhave to start report RMMKOP02 for the affected materials.
Afterwards, you should repeat report RMMKOP01 or the selected MM
transaction. The error should then no longer occur.
