Description
This report reads the physical inventory document archives and displaysall documents satisfying the selection criteria entered.

Precondition
Archives containing relevant physical inventory documents must exist.

Output
The system first displays all physical inventory document archives,irrespective of the selection criteria entered. In this list, you canselect the desired archives.
As a result, you obtain a list of physical inventory documentspertaining to these archives. If the archives contain documents that donot satisfy your selection criteria, the system prompts you to specifywhether these documents are to be displayed anyway.
From the list of inventory documents, you can select a document. Thesystem then displays a list of all items contained in this physicalinventory document.
From within this list, you can display the physical inventory historyfor any of the items. From the inventory history of one item, you cango directly to the history of any other item, the previous item, orthe next item.
