Description
This report controls the stock transfer ofhandling units within a warehouse. Byspecifying selection criteria, you determine a specific quantity ofhandling units that are displayed on a list screen. On this listscreen, you can select the shipping units that you want to transfer. Bychoosing Create transfer order, you createtransfer orders for the handling unitsselected. The system searches for the destinationstorage bin based on the storage bin search strategy defined inCustomizing. You also have the option of manually specifying all orsome of the bin coordinates. To confirm a transfer order, place yourcursor on the corresponding list entry and choose Confirm inbackground.
If the system is unable to create a transfer order for a specifichandling unit, you will find a corresponding message in the error log.After the problem is resolved, you can request stock transfer for thehandling unit concerned again.
The warehouse number is a required selection criterion. By specifyingthe goods issue date, the customer, the delivery,and the handling unit, you can further limit selection.
The control options allow you to choose between background andforeground processing. If you choose background processing, the systemwill directly create a transfer order for all handling units selected.
You always have the option of cancelling the transfer orders created bychoosing TransOrder -> Cancel -> Transfer order from the WM menubar.

There must be a separate movement type mustexist.

Output
The list displays all handling units that meet the selection criteria.If you have chosen foreground processing on the previous screen, thesystem will not have created transfer orders for the handling units asit will have if you have chosen background processing. You can thendecide manually which of the handling units you want to transfer.
The list screen provides the following information on the handlingunits:

• External handling unit number


• Delivery, for which the handling unit has been created


• Source storage bin


• Destination storage bin


• Storage unit type


• Goods issue date


• Customer


• Open transfer order number


• Handling unit status

For each list entry, you can retrieve several details. To do this,place your cursor on the desired list entry and choose thecorresponding function. The following functions are available:

• Display transfer order for handling unit


• Display storage bin of handling unit


• Display quant for handling unit


• Display delivery, for which the handling unit has been created
