Reorganization of Characteristic Dependencies (CompoundCharacteristics)

Purpose
The program reorganizes the dependencies between the characteristics ofan operating concern.
In the first step, the foreign key relationships in thestructures/tables of the operating concern are adapted to the SAPstandard (in the case of technical fields and fixed characteristics) orto the corresponding check table (in the case of user-definedcharacteristics).
In the second step, the entries in the field catalogs are adapted tothe SAP standard or to the definitions given in the DDIC.
Those operating concerns that have had their structures/tables changedare set to inactive. The next time the operating concern is used, thesystem will regenerate the environment for that operating concern. Itis not necessary to activate the operating concern manually.
The program can also be used as XPRA. In such cases, only the fixedfields in the structure/table CE0xxxx and CE1xxxx are processed. Ifproblems arise, the system upgrade can be continued. However, beforethe actions relevant to CO-PA (postings, reports, and so on) can beexecuted, the program must first have run without error messages. Forthis, the program can be performed via SA38 using the standardparameter values.
The program can be repeated as many times as necessary.
No postings to CO-PA should be performed during the run.

All operating concerns/Operating concern xxxx
If an operating concern has been specified, only this one will beprocessed.
All structures
If the flag has not been set, only structures CE0xxxx and CE1xxxx areprocessed. This should be sufficient in most cases.
All fields
If the flag has not been set, only the technical fields and the fixedcharacteristics are processed. IF the flag has been set, theuser-defined characteristics are all reorganized.
