Description
This program is a utility program which sets the blocking factor of anoperating concern from n, where n > 1, to 1 without any loss of data.
The procedure for changing the blocking factor is decribed in note13136.

Output
The system generates two programs which save the data from TablesCE2xxxx and CE3xxxx (xxxx=operating concern) in operating system filesand reload them again.
