Archive Evaluation of CO Line Items (Archiving Object CO_ITEM)

Purpose
You can use this program to evaluate files for the archiving object "COline items".

Features
A line item report for the data stored in the archive is displayed. Alist of the objects in the archive (orders, cost centers, ...) are usedas input help.

Activities
To display the line items for a certain object in the archive (order,cost center, ...), you must:
Click on the "Archive selection" button. Select the archive sessions orfiles that could hold the data.
Click the "Object selection" button. The system then finds all theobjects belonging to the selected archive files. Choose one of theseobjects.
To reduce the volume of data you should, if necessary, fill theparameters "cost type" and "posting date".
You can also generate a line item report across whole archive files orsessions by leaving out the object selection. Do note that thisgenerally leads to a great volume of data being read that can thenpossibly not be displayed.
