Reorganization of File Descriptions

Purpose
You use the program RKCDPREO to reorganize the filedescriptions for integrated Excel in planning. The system produces alist of all existing file names and the correspondinggeneric file names.

Features
Any file descriptions that are no longer used are highlighted in red inthe list. You can delete these, and doing so will also delete thecorresponding file name.
File descriptions that are used in a planner profile cannot be deleted.It is possible, however, to delete generic file names corresponding tothese file descriptions.

Activities
Execute the program.
From the file descriptions highlighted in red, select the ones that youwish to delete.
Select the generic names that you wish to delete.
Choose "File names -> Delete nonreferenced file descriptions".
The file descriptions and generic file names that you have selected arethen deleted.
