Description
The system determines the number of sales activities for the salespromotion. If there are no sales activities for the promotion in thesystem, any data entered manually is not overwritten. The system determines the number of trial items that result from thesales promotion. Trial items that were already converted to a standarditem are not taken into account. These trial items are counted asstandard items. The system determines the number of free items that resulted from thesales promotion. Free items that have already been converted to astandard item are not taken into account. These free items are countedas standard items. The system determines the number of standard items that resulted fromthe sales promotion. Trial and free items are counted as standard itemsif they have already been converted to a standard item. The return rate is determined from: (No.trial subs + no.free subs.) / number of sales activities The success rate is determined from: No.standard subs. / no.sales activities The system determines terminated standard items that resulted from thesales promotion. The system determines the number of reversed items (all item types)that resulted from the sales promotion. If a CO order is specified in the promotion, the costs are determinedfor the CO order.
