Read Import File of Complaints for Shipping Orders

Purpose
You can use this report to import and display data on complaints forshipping orders.

Integration
The publisher that processes the shipping order can create a file ofcomplaint data using report RJVSO_COMPLAINT_EXPORT. The publisher whois the sold-to party can then use this report to import and display thedata.

Prerequisites
The file for import must have been created using reportRJVSO_COMPLAINT_EXPORT.

Selection
Enter the file name and path of the file to be imported.

Output
The report outputs a list of the data imported. This list contains anentry for each complaint day or an entry for each complaint, dependingon the file.
