Determining annual postal circulation
The goods arrival list for periodical post is created based on dataupdated during the year.

Precondition
The values determined are only correct if the goods arrival list forperiodical post was updated regularly for a postal distributionindicator and a delivery type throughout the year in question.Otherwise, the value can serve as an estimate that must be maintainedmanually.
The circulation figures for the previous year must be maintained at thebeginning of a new year if they are to be used to determine thediscount for postal distribution units.

Output
The list created displays the circulation figure determined for eachpostal distribution indicator and delivery type as well as the valuepreviously recorded in the tables.
The Save function saves the new value as the annual circulationfigure.
