IS-M/AM: Display Customer Potential

Purpose
This program can be used to determine the customer potential for asales agent. This can be restricted using the sales agent contract andrequirement if necessary.

Integration

• Ensure that the indices required have been updated using report
RJJGA002 before contract requirements areevaluated using this program.

• If you are using free attributes that are relevant to the customer, you
should use enhancement JJGA0014.

Selection
The following selection options are available to you:


• Sales agent


• Contract


• Requirement

You should also specify the key date for which the evaluation isto be performed. The system takes account of the validity periods forthe requirements and elements.

Output
The system displays contract requirements, associated advertisers andagencies in a hierarchical list. Advertisers or agencies must be mediacustomers in at least one sales area that has been assigned to thecontract requirement. (Agencies must be defined as such at the generalBP or media sales area customer level according to theCustomizing setting that has been made.
