Create archive file (ADK) for media-mix contracts
This report checks whether a contract can be archived.
COAs are only archived if their JHTMXK-LFZEND date is earlier than
the selection date and their contract
number is included in the selection
Final settlement must be performed for the ABRSTATUS and each contract
settlement must have the billed or cancelled status.

Document flow is used to check that the contract
no longer has any successor documents
(contracts/billing documents). A media-mix contract can only be
archived if this is the case.
Precondition
The deletion program that physically deletes the billing tables
must be run once this program has been run.
