Description
This program creates an archive file (ADK) for IS-M/AM billingdocuments. Billing documents are only archived if their billing date(FKDAT) is earlier than the selection date or their creation date(ERFDATE) is earlier than the selection date and their billing numberfalls within the area selected.
Document flow can be used to check whether the document has follow-ondocuments(contracts/ billing documents). This document can only bearchived if this is not the case.

Precondition
The deletion program which physically deletes entries in the billingtables should be run after running this program.
