Description
This report creates a list of circulation quantities for a selectedshipping or publication date. The list is sorted primarily bypublication, edition, audit report category and logistical deliverytype. Precondition
The selected editions must be assigned to a valid audit report type,otherwise data selection and output does not take place for theseeditions.
A circulation book update or IVW update must already have beenperformed for the selected editions and key date. Output
The list contains the following information:
- Shipping date or publication date (depending on your selection) in the
page header
- Publication
- Edition
- Internal long text for edition
- Publication date
- Audit report category
- Logistical delivery type
- Circulation quantity/report quantity
- Combination quantity included in circulation quantity
- Insert quantity included in circulation quantity
Subtotals are displayed at the following levels:
- Logistical delivery type
- Audit report category
- Edition
- Publication
