Evaluation of Collective Processing Logs

Purpose
This function allows you to evaluate logs for collective processingruns.

Selection

• The system uses the billing category to determine the group type for
the collective processing run.

• The system generates collective processing lists during billing in
dialog that you can display using this function. If you want to ensurethat the system only displays collective processing lists that weregenerated during batch processing, choose Generated in batchprocessing on the selection screen.

Standard_variants
You can choose a display variant for displaying thenotes list and the overview list. Possible entries are available to youhere. The variants that you are offered are dependent on the list typeand the calling program. If you do not specify a variant here, thesystem uses the initial variant.

Output
The system displays documents that match the selection criteria in alist on the display screen. The list is sorted in ascending order usingthe collective processing number. You can however use the Sortand All list fields functions to sort this list differently.
The following list editing functions are available to you in thecollective processing overview in addition to the standard functions inthe ABAP List Viewer:


• Display documents

You can display the billing documents created in collective processing.

• Display notes

You can display the notes created during collective processing.
