Purpose

This XPRA converts the publication fields JDTDRER-KZEIGFRE andJDTDRER-GPNR to the edition in IS-M Release 4.61:

* Before 4.61: KZEIGFRE and GPNR are in JDTDRER
* KZEIGFRE contains an entry for titles and AIs
* From 4.61: - KZEIGFRE and GPNR are in edition
* - KZEIGFRE is no longer used for AIs
* - Publication fields remain initial from 4.6
