Title Displaying Multi-Level Service and Maintenance Orders
Purpose The report program is used to print a multi-level list oforders>. The order dataincludes entries for the time at which the service should be provided,the utilities to be used, and the order costs which can be settled. A multi-level list of orders can, for example, be used to:
Obtain an extremely detailed overview of orders with particular
features
Search for an order whose order number is unknown
Continue processing orders with particular features collectively
Features When selecting the orders, restricting criteria are available in thefollowing categories:
Order status
You must select at least one order status.
Order data
You must set at least one filter. It is also possible to list the orderdata without a filter having been set for order>. The ordernumber is then not displayed in the list. You receive a printed list with all the data which satisfies yourselection criteria, and for which you have set filters.
Example Depending on your selection criteria, the multi-level basic listcontains at the highest level, for example, the order number, the shorttext and the accompanying system status. At the second level, you willfind entries for the functional location, equipment, notification,operations and the costs/revenues for all the orders selected.
