Purpose This report lets you evaluate your own event attendance if you areassigned to the object type user>.Integration This report is the simplified version of the report Bookings perAttendee> (RHBUCH00). The object type organizational unit> isalready defaulted by the system. Note> There are similar reports for the event attendance of the objects typesPerson> (RHXSSTL2) and Person> (RHXSSTL2).Prerequisites You must be assigned to the object type user>, and the subtypeSystem user name SAP System> (0001) of the Communication>infotype must be stored for you.Features Selection You can specify any reporting period>.Output The report's list screen/> can contain the following information:
- Selection period
- Attendee's name (where known)
- Business event name
- Start date of business event
- End date of business event
- Booking date
- Attendance fee
- Business event location
You select the data you want displayed under Change layout>. When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columnsthat are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hiddencolumns in the right table. The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transferthe changed layout, choose Transfer>. To save the layout, choose Save layout>. You can call this layoutas required by choosing Choose layout>.
