Purpose
This report lets you evaluate course participationfor organizational units.

Integration
This report is the simplified version of the report Bookings perParticipant (RHBUCH00). The object type organizational unit isalready defaulted by the system.
Note
There are similar reports for the course participationof the objects typesPerson (RHXSSTL2) and User (RHXSSTLN).
The parameter With employee bookings of RHBUCH00 (to displayindividual names of the employees of the organizational unit) isactivated.

Features

Selection
You can specify any reporting period.

Output
The report's list screen can contain the following information:

• Selection period


• Name of organizational unit


• Participant's name (where known)


• Course name


• Start date of course


• Course location

You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.
When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columnsthat are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hiddencolumns in the right table.
The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transferthe changed layout, choose Transfer.
To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layoutas required by choosing Choose layout.

Activities
Enter the organizational unit for which you want to request the report.
Specify the reporting period.
Choose Execute.
