Description
This report displays all the planning objects belonging to anorganizational unit with qualifications that are going to expire in theevaluation period in question. The results list of this report providesyou with information on the planning objects, the qualifications thatare about to expire (or have already expired) along with theirrespective validity periods, and on possible training measures thatwould result in a renewal of the qualifications. You can go directlyfrom the list to the profile of the object in question, or to CareerPlanning.
Note
Only qualifications for which a validity period has been defined in
the qualifications catalog are displayed.

Procedure
Choose Reporting -> Other.
Position your cursor on the line entitled Expired Qualifications
.
Choose Execute.
The Expired Qualifications screen appears.
In the Organizational unit field, enter an organization unit.
If necessary, change the evaluation period (reporting period) proposedby the system.
If you want the system to propose training measures that will result inthe qualifications being renewed, select the Training proposalsflag.
Choose Program -> Execute.
The Expired Qualifications screen appears. The report displaysall the planning objects in the organizational unit that havequalifications that are about to expire, or that have expired.
