Description
This report generates a list of the demand per course type. This meansthe number of required and planned course dates per course type.
Reporting can be done per planning year. In addition, you can request areport for individual quarters of a year.
You can also request a separate report on the demand per language orper location.
The report displays information on both covered and outstanding demand.

Selection
The report output depends on the objects selected for reporting,reporting period, and report parameters you set.

Annual demand
Enter the year for which you require demand statistics.

'1st quarter'/'2nd quarter'/'3rd quarter'/'4th quarter'
You can report on one or more quarters by selecting the appropriateindicators.

Course location
If you select this option and enter a valid location, the reportdetermines demand for the specified location only.
No input is interpreted as all locations.

Language
This parameter lets you specify the language in which the course isheld.
No input is interpreted as all course languages.

Table Control
If you select this indicator, the list is output in Table Control.
You can switch between Table Control and the ABAP list display on thisscreen.

Sort by language
If you select this indicator, the list screen displays course demandper course type sorted by language.
You can use the relevant functions to show and hide detail.

Sort by location
If you select this indicator, the list screen displays course demandper course type sorted by location.
You can use the relevant functions to show and hide detail.

Standard selection screen
If you select this indicator and choose 'Execute', then before thereport is executed, it takes you to the extended selection screen ofthe main report RHKBED00.
Note
On the selection screen of the main report, you can search for objectsby, for example, status. As a rule, it is not necessary to go to themain report since the pre-report offers sufficient selection options.Do not select this indicator if you do not want to access the mainreport before choosing Execute.

Output
The report's list screen can contain the following information:

• Course type name


• Course location


• Course language


• Outstanding demand sorted by quarter


• Covered demand sorted by quarter


• Sum total of outstanding demand per course type


• Sum total of covered demand per course type

If course dates have been already scheduled for a quarter
but there is no demand for the course type, these dates are notdisplayed.
The list screen contains the following functions:

• Display all existing courses scheduled for the course type


• Plan course dates


• Create new demand and change existing demand


• Sort the list by language


• Sort the list by location
