Purpose
You use this program to assign a scale to the job family. The attributesof the scale divide the job families into levels, where each attributerepresents a level. After the program is run, each job family is dividedinto identical levels.

Run this program before using job families for the first time. If youare using job families and have used a different scale to divide theminto levels, these levels and the related objects (candidates, positions
) are delimited.

Prerequisites
Using transaction OOSC, you have created a quality scale with therequired attributes.

Activities
Select the scale that contains the attributes for the job family levelsand then start the program.
