SAP Program RHSTOR10 - Cancellations per Attendee

Description
This report generates a list of cancellations for one or more attendeesfor a given selection period.
The report has the pre-report RHXSTOR1 with asimplified selection screen.

Selection
The report output depends on the objects selected for reporting,on the reporting period, and on the report parameters you set.

Cancellation reason
You can select a cancellation reason here. The effect of this is thatthe report only evaluates cancellations made for the reason you specify.If you select no specific cancellation reason, the report evaluates allcancellations.

With employee cancellations
If you select this indicator, the report displays the cancellations ofeach employee involved in N.N. (no-name) bookings made by groupattendees (such as the attendee types: company,organizational unit , customer and interested party
).

Without employee cancellations
If you select this indicator, the report only displays the summarizedinformation for cancellations of group attendees, not broken down foreach employee. For example, it only displays the cancellations for anorganizational unit, but not for each individual employee in theorganizational unit.

Currency
Use this parameter to specify the currency in which the cancellationfees should be output. If you do not specify a currency, the systemtakes the currency used most frequently.

Output
The report's list screen can contain the following information:

  • Attendee name

  • Organizational assignment

  • Number of cancellations per attendee

  • Sum of cancellation fees per attendee

  • Sum total of cancellation fees of all selected attendees

  • Total cancellation fees

  • You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.
    When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columnsthat are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hiddencolumns in the right table.
    The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transfer thechanged layout, choose Transfer.
    To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layoutas required by choosing Choose layout .
