Purpose
Creates funds (pre) commitments on the basis of FPM documents.

Prerequisites
You use the separate update of FPM documents and the corresponding funds(pre) commitments.

Selection

• Number of parallel processes in parallel processing


• RFC server groups


• Display all messages/only display errors

Standard_variants


• Only display errors

Output
ALV list of the documents that were created or that have errors.
It is possible to display the documents that belong to the funds (pre)commitments. The update can be triggered again for individual documents(after errors are corrected).

Example
You have created documents in a mass run (in transactionHRPBC_ENGINE_INIT - Start Initial Commitment Creation - )to be latertransferred to Accounting. This report transfers the documents toAccounting. All documents that have not yet been transferred are select
ed here. If the documents were successfully updated in Accounting, theyare not selected by this report in the future.
