Purpose
This program starts automatic commitment creation for objects that weremarked for refinancing and for the messages from commitment creationthat were flagged as completed.
The program allows parallel processing of objects.

Selection
The objects are selected by the change log. Commitment is created forall objects that were flagged for commitment creation or for messagesfrom commitment creation that were marked as completed.
You can control how many objects should be processed at the same timeusing the parameter objects per package. The number of packagesis determined from the objects to be processed and the size of thepackage.
