Purpose
This report allows you to delete completed target plans for one or moreemployees for any specified period.

Features

• You can display completed target plans for organizational units, people
or other Shift Planning entry objects you have defined, such as workcenters.

• The data (target plan) can be deleted after this selection.


• If you inadvertently delete the data, you can undo the deletion
(restore).

Activities


• In the Object type field, specify whether the report is to be
executed for one employee or for an organizational unit.

• You can define the object ID for each selected object type by using the
Search string option.

• In the Reporting period box, specify the period for which the
report is to be run.

• Execute the report.

The data records to be deleted are now displayed.

• To delete the displayed data records, choose Undo.


• To undo a deletion, choose Restore target plan in the current
display.
