You use this report to edit careers. Careers are generally applicablecareer paths within an organizational structure, and they set out toshow the principal personnel development paths within your company.Careers can be used as a basis for career and succession planning.
Note
Changing a career is a Customizing activity. For further information onchanging careers, refer to the Implementation Guide (IMG) for PersonnelDevelopment (step: Edit careers).
If you do not have change authorization, the report will switchautomatically to display mode when you run it.
