SAP Program RHIQ_UCAS_SHOW_APPL_LOGS - UCAS logs for applicant

Purpose
Use this report to view a log of data imported or exported from UCAS WebService for a selected Applicant Number.

Selection
Based on date, you can view the following types of logs:

  • Data imported from UCAS Web Service. The following reports call this
    • report during their processing:
    UCAS: Report for importing ApplicantData (RHIQ_UCAS_IMPORT_APPDATA)
    UCAS: Reprocess Imported Data(RHIQ_UCAS_REPROCES_IMPORT_DATA)
    • Reference Data imported from UCAS Web Service

    • Activation Report

    • Decisions sent to UCAS Web Service

      • Output
      The report generates the log of the imported data for the selectedApplicant Number, based on your selection parameters.

      Activities
      Enter the relevant selection criteria.
      Select the period for which you wish to generate the log.
      Select the Type of Log that you wish to view.
      To execute the report, choose Program -> Execute.
