SAP Program RHIQ_UCAS_SEND_DECISION_OUT - UCAS: Report for sending Decisions

Purpose
This report transmits decisions on Applicants using theUtility Report for making UCAS Decisions(RHIQ_UCAS_MAKE_DECISION) to UCAS Web Service.
There are various types of decisions that the institution can send, forexample:

  • Unconditional offer on selected courses

  • Conditional offer on courses selected courses

  • Rejection of application on academic grounds

  • Withdrawal when an applicant withdraws his or her application

    • Selection
    You can choose to send the decisions list based on the Date whena decision on the applications ware taken. You also have the option ofsaving a log of the decisions sent to UCAS Web Service.

    Activities

    • On the report selection screen, enter the relevant selection criteria.

    • Enter the Decision Date(s), for which the decisions are made and
      • need to be transmitted to UCAS.
      • To generate a log of the decisions sent, Select Save_Log.

        • Use the UCAS: Show Logs report(RHIQ_UCAS_LINK_SHOW_LOGS) to view a log of the decisions sent toUCAS.
        • To execute the report, choose Program -> Execute.
