Conversion report for student master data IS-PS-CA 4.63

Purpose
Changes in student master data between the releases 4.62 and 4.63require a data conversion. This conversion report is only relevant forcustomers using the component 'Campus Management'.
The change affects the Infotypes 1000, 1702, 1703, 1704, 1711 and 1782.

Activities

  • The begin date of the object student (Infotype 1000) and of the first
    • Infotype record for personal data (1702) will be set to the birth dateof the student or to the date '01.01.1900'.
    • The name of the student which is stored in Infotype 1000 will be
      • changed to 'Last name, First name' (previously it was 'first name lastname')
      • All fields of Infotype 1034 (Form of address, language, nationality,
        • ...) will be copied to Infotype 1702.
        • All challenge information is moved to a new Infotype 1703 (previously
          • in Infotype 1704)
          • Only relevant for customers in GB:

          • The fields ORIGIN is moved to Infotype 1711 (previously 1704)

          • The fields domicile country, region and county are moved to Infotype
            • 1711 (previously 1782)
