Purpose
This program allows you to

• Evaluate the amount to be granted to the student in a test mode or in a
update mode.

• Post the evaluation result.

Prerequisites


• Maintain master data for Campus Management, this is including:

Create master data for student, program of study, module, event,organizational unit, academic calendar, business partner, contractaccount, contract object, etc.
Maintain the relationships between student and program of study(registration), student and module (module booking ), etc.

• You have to make the customizing settings for student accouting in
Campus Management, this is including:
Basic settings
Sponsoring

Selection


• Student number or all students

You can run the grants evaluation program for one student or for allstudents.

• Grant number(s)

You can run the grants evaluation program for one grant or for a numberof grants.

• Academic year and session

Academic year and session is used to access student registration dataand grant information.

• Calculation mode


• Evaluation date

Evaluation date and academic year and session are used to restrictstudent registration information.
When you run the grant evaluation program, the SAP system only regardsthe programs and modules which are registered or booked before theevaluation date.
For example, you want to evaluate the grant value for student inacademic year 2001, session 1.
In this session, this student registered the three programs of study,as follows:
,,Program of study,,Registration date
,,A,, Jan. 01, 2001
,,B,, Jan. 05, 2001
,,C,, Feb. 20, 2001
If the evaluation date is Jan. 31, 2001, the SAP system will onlyevaluate the grant amount for the program A and B.

Output
The program produces a list, showing the grant amount by each grant.
In the update mode, you can post a FI-CA document if a new value or adelta value was evaluated.
