Purpose
This program sets or resets the archiving status of module appraisals.
Before you can archive lower-level appraisals, you must flag themfor archiving by setting the relevant archiving status.

Output
You can output overall statistics on the appraisals flagged forarchiving.
If you set the detail log indicator, thesystem will ouput a separate list with the IDs of the flaggedappraisals.
