Purpose As part of the preparation for data collection runs this report enablesyou to display data from payroll results and delete data records thatare no longer required. Selection In the Period> and Selection> group boxes, select theperiod and employees for which the system should select payrollresults. The group boxes correspond to the selection screen of thedatabase PNP. You can set the Delete w/o Displaying First> indicator to deletedata records directly.Output If you do not set the Delete w/o Displaying First> indicator, thesystem first displays a list of employees according to your selectionrequirements. The system displays if and in what form data exists for each employeeand period using a traffic light icon. The individual traffic lightcolors have the following meaning:
- Red : No data exists
- Yellow: Data exists but with some gaps
- Green: Data exists for the entire period
If you set the Delete w/o Displaying First> indicator, the systemdeletes the data directly.Activities If you have not set the Delete w/o Displaying First> indicator,you can first display data records in the output list. You can then delete individual data records that are no longerrequired. To delete data records, select the desired data record andchoose Delete Data>.
