Purpose Execute this report to process LTI-related events and update infotypeLTI Grant >(0761>) accordingly. This report is meant for mass processing. It is therefore recommendedthat either the HR administrator or the compensation specialist -depending on the size of the company - execute it in background viaProgram > Execute > Background>.Prerequisites You must have:
- Been through the Implementation Guide for Enterprise Compensation
Management>.
- Maintained infotype LTI Grant >(0761>) for the selected
personnel numbers.Selection You can make various selections according to time-dependent andorganizational needs. In addition, you must specify the LTI plan to be processed, theprocessing date or date of event> (Per default, the system date isdisplayed.) and the desired processing option. The processing date isthe date as of the changes become effective.Processing options
- Process Life Event
Select this option if you want to process the life event stored ininfotype LTI Grant> (0761>) according to your customizingsettings. For each each life event, you can determine how forfeiting andvesting is handled.
- Cancel All
Select this option if you want to cancel all awards. LTI plancancellations are usually performed by the compensation specialist when: New options are issued or exchanged. A company undergoes a merger or makes an acquisition. In this case theoptions of the target company are cancelled and replaced with theoptions of other LTI plans issued by the successor company.
- Cancel Unvested
Select this option if you want to cancel all unvested awards.
- Vest Pct. of Granted
Select this option and enter a percentage if you want to vest apercentage of the granted awards.
- Vest Pct. of Unvested
Select this option and enter a percentage if you want to vest apercentage of the unvested awards.
- Override Vest. Rule
Select this option if you want to use vesting rule other than the oneyou have specified in infotype LTI Grant> (0761>). Before updating the database, it is strongly recommended that you:
