Title Status Change for Compensation Adjustments Purpose With this report you can centrally change the status of existingcompensation adjustments for many employees at once. This can be helpful, for example, if you are a compensation manager andwant to activate many compensation adjustments in one go. Prerequisites You have already created the compensation adjustments whose status youwant to change, either using reportCreating Compensation Adjustments>(RHCMPCREATE_ADJUSTMENTS) or in the Change Compensation Adjustment > transaction.Features
- For the selected compensation adjustments, the report changes the
status to a different, higher status. The system only changes the status of compensation adjustments thathave the status you selected in the Current status> field.
- The system checks whether the user starting the report has the
appropriate authorization for changing status. If you skip certainstatuses when you are changing the status, the system also checkswhether you have authorization for the status between the previousstatus and the target status. If, for example, you change the status from planned to active, thesystem also checks whether you are authorized to change the status tosubmitted> and approved>.
- You can output a log with the new status of the compensation
adjustments. Note If you change the status of the compensation adjustment with the helpof this report, the system does not> trigger the ApprovalProcess for Compensation Adjustments> workflow.Selection If you are using the Processor View> field, choose eitherCompensation Manager> or a customer-specific selection ID.
