Purpose
For table T8PSA_LIFT_VOL we do two checks:
For terminal entries we set the partner in case the government is thelifting company. In older releases this information was not in thepartner field but in an extra field lift_by_noc which represented thegovernment.
In addition a new field gets filled ( split_by)

Selection
--> select from T000.
--> select from T8psa_lift_vol.

Output
There is an output table with all process messages that appeared whilethe xpra was running.
