Description
The program RGPLEP01 sets the indicator for local ledgers so that lineitem documents will be written for further changes made to the planningsummary records.
Alternatively, the opening balace can be stored as line items.

Precondition
An entry must exist in table T895 for the combination ledger, version,company code, fiscal year.

Output

• The program sets the line item indicator in table T895 for the fiscal
year-dependent version parameters.

• If the opening balance is to be updated, the corresponding indicator in
T895 is also set and a line item is created for each summary record.
