Updating old billing extracts for new and modified fields in billingstructures T8JVB03 and T8JVB26.
The billing extract programs use modified structures. As a result ofthis if you run the billing program (hardcopy or EDI), you will get anerror message and program termination. In order to 'upgrade' your oldbilling extracts to be compatible with this release, you must run thisprogram once for all ventures and partners that you like. Additionallyyou can specify a beginning and ending year and period. A new extractis first created with a different RELID, and then the old extract isoverwritten with the new one. Hence, in case there is a problem whilewriting the new extract, the old extract is not destroyed.
