SAP Program RFVISR01CNZ - Missing Sales Reports: Correspondence

Purpose
The program creates correspondence about missing sales reports.
The letters are issued for each contract. You can decide the lettersthat are printed together with their recipients. To do this, enter thecorrespondence activity (CA) in the initial screenof the program that corresponds to the settings you require. Thesystems defaults one correspondence activity but you can overwrite it.

Prerequisites
Set one or more letters for the document group "General Letter". Createa correspondence activity to be used by these letters and assign thecorrespondence application "General Letter" to the correspondenceactivity. Set contract type 2 ("Lease-Out") for the correspondence (not9 "General Contract"). The correspondence activity can be used withthis program for general contracts as well as with the correspondenceprogram "General Letters" for lease-outs.
