SAP Program RFVIMULTI02 - Real Estate - Create Test Files: MULTICASH or DTAUS Format

Use this program in test systems only!!

Prerequisites
To generate test data, execute program RFVIMULTI01. You can manipulatedata for testing by using the view maintenance.

Activities
Make the following settings on the selection screen of programRFVIMULTI02:

  • Required file format: Select the format required.

  • File details: Specify if the data to be generated is to be saved on the
    • application or the presentation server (PC). Enter the name and pathsof the files.
    If you have selected DTAUS format, you can only enter statement files.
    • Account details: Enter the company code, house bank and house account
      • for which the statement is to be generated.
      • Statement data: Enter the statement number. It is displayed in the
        • output list of program RFVIMULTI01.

        Program details
        After the test files have been generated, the program displays a listcontaining an overview.

        • Generated files: Contains information about what files have been
          • generated.
          • Account information: Displays information about company code, house
            • bank account and currency for which the statement files have beengenerated.
            • Statement information: details such as statement number and date,
              • opening and closing balance, sales and number of sales are displayed.Details about the opening and closing balance is not available forDTAUS format.

              • Activities
                Use program RFEBKA00 for further processing of the files (read inaccount statement) or use the menu path: Accounting -> Real estatemanagement -> Rental accounting: Incoming payment -> Accouuntstatement entry (MULTICASH format) or Country specifics -> Incomingpayments->Bank procedure (DTAUS format)
