"Assignment of Rental Units to Correction Items" (RE) Check andCorrection Program

Purpose
The report shows existing (and missing) assignments from rental unitsto correction items. It makes it possible to delete or enterassignments to correction items.

Features

Selection
There are three selection options: by correction items, by fixedassets, and by business entities. In each of these cases, the programdetermines the relevant business entities and displays all rental unitsbelonging to them.
You can use the key date to have the report ignore correction itemsthat are not active or are expired. The rental units in this case aretreated as not assigned.
Using a status selection schema, you can exclude rental units that aremarked for deletion or where the deletion indicator is set. Or you canuse it to include rental units with your own user statuses (forexample, indicator for rental units that should never be assigned andtherefore should not be displayed, or similar scenarios).

Output
Rental units that are assigned to a correction item are displayedhighlighted in light blue (standard color), non-assigned rental unitsare displayed highlighted in dark blue (standard color - intensive).There is also a text field for the status.
You can change the table layout using display variants (choice ofcolumns and their sequence). The report automatically finds and startsthe variant designated as the default variant.

Example
First you have to select lines in the display. Then you can use thepushbuttons to either assign non-assigned rental units to correctionitems, or you can delete existing assignments to correction items.Lines that are to be assigned are then highlighted in green; lines inwhich the assignment is to be deleted are highlighted in red. At thesame time, the displayed status text (if there is one) also changes.
Multiple assignment of a rental unit to more than one correction itemis allowed in this report, as it is in the "Change Correction Items"program.
The changes do not take effect until you save. If you choose "Cancel",the changes are revoked.
From the report display, it is also possible to go to the displayfunctions for rental units, correction items, and fixed assets, bydouble-clicking on the fields of the table.
