SAP Program RFVDXKT1 - XPRA: Determine account assignment reference 3.0F

Description
The XPRA RFTDXKT1 'Determine account assignment reference 3.0F'converts the entries for the 'custody type' held in fieldVWPDEPO-SVERWA (one character) to the 'possible custody type' in fieldVWPDEPO-SMOVERW (two characters).

1. Conversion of the table fields
When you convert the table fields, the system changes the entries infields TZKN1, TZKN2, TZKN6, and TZKN8 if the value of the 'TABNAME'field is VWPDEPO and the value of the 'FIELDNAME' field is SVERWA.
The old and new field values are as follows:
Old value:,, New value:
TABNAME FIELDNAME,, TABNAME FIELDNAME
VWPDEPO SVERWA ,, VWPDEPO SMOVERW
After conversion, no entries with old values should be left in theabove tables.

2. Restarting the program in case of error
If a database error occurs while the program is running, this could bedue to a technical error (e.g. lack of table space), datainconsistencies or a program error.
First check to see if the storage space is sufficient to accommodatethe new table entries.
You can restart the program at any time.
If the program error still occurs, please contact SAP Treasury to carryout an error analysis.

3. What happens if you do not run the XPRA?
You can only omit running the XPRA if no data has been entered for thecustody type (VWPDEPO-SVERWA) in all clients, in other words, if thereare no entries in tables TZKN1, TZKN2, TZKN6, TZKN7 and TZKN8 where'TABNAME' = VWPDEPO and 'FIELDNAME' = SVERWA.
If you do not run this report program, and data for determining theaccount assignment reference already exists for the custody type(VWPDEPO-SVERWA), errors may occur when you try to determine theaccount assignment reference automatically.
