SAP Program RFTBCO00 - Create Correspondence on Basis of Planned Records

Purpose
The report generates correspondence according to selection criteria,based on correspondence planned records.
Preconditions
Correspondence types (e.g. Confirmation, dealing slip) are defined inCustomizing. Correspondence activities must also be defined accordingto product type, transaction type, activity category, etc. For externalcorrespondence types, the correspondence standing instructions (SI)must also be maintained. The correspondence SI can be found with thebusiness partner.
According to these settings, correspondence planned records are createdwhen you create, change, reverse, etc. standing instructions. Thesecorrespondence planned records form the basis for the generation ofcorrespondence.
&PURPOSE&
The report generates correspondence for the following media - print,fax, e-mail and IDoc. For print, fax and e-mail, you can use a printpreview/print layout view. This print layout view is primarily designedfor configuration. After the Customizing settings and Standinginstructions have been optimized in the implementation project, it isrecommended that you either use the automatic correspondence functionor the program as a batch report that runs periodically.
The report changes the status fields in the financial transactionactivity and writes change documents. The correspondence log isprogrammed via the ABAP List Viewer (ALV) and can be adapted to thecustomer via variants. You can define your own output variant as thestart variant.
If you wish to output correspondence repeatedly, you can do so from thecorrespondence monitor.
