SAP Program RFRE_REMI_STATUS_REPAIR - Migration: Remove Invalid/No Longer Used Statuses

Purpose
In Classic RE, statuses were used to describe certain states of rentalunits (rental objects) or contracts. Some of these statuses are nolonger used in RE-FX. Rental objects or contracts migrated from ClassicRE still have these statuses. The program is used to deactivate the nolonger used statuses on the objects or contracts.

Features
The program runs for the entire dataset. You can execute the program asa test run. The following statuses are deactivated:
For rental objects:

  • I0120 MVNA Created Lease-Outs

  • I0121 MVAC Active Lease-Outs

  • I0122 NOMV No Lease-Outs

  • I0128 FRMD Used by Third-Party

  • I0130 EIGE Own Use

  • I0131 LEER Vacant

  • I0132 VRMV Intended for Rent

  • I0302 ZUOD Assigned

    • For contracts:
    • I0007 DRUC Printed

    • I0123 WOHN Residential Lease-Out

    • I012 GEWB Commercial Contract

    • I0127 VANP Rent Adjustments Planned

    • I0146 AEDR Printout of Changes Required

      • Output
      Both for a test run and an update run, the system issues a log thatlists the changed objects and their status entries.
