Conversion of commitment items (production data) with new installationon IS-PS 4.62

Purpose
When changing or installing a new industry-specific componentIS-PS (Funds Management Government), the program converts thecommitment items data that you previously used productively incomponent FI-FM (Funds Management).
This converts the commitment items of FI-FM tables FMFPO,FMFCPO, FMHIPOS into IS-PS tables FMCI, FMCIT
, FMHICI.

Prerequisites
The program is started automatically with the installation of IS-PS4.62.

Features

  • The program converts the commitment items from the old structures (

    • FMFPO(T), FMFCPO(T), FMHIPOS) intothe new structures (FMCI(T), FMHICI FMPOSITand FMFXPO).
    • With the account assignment item (FMFPO(T))only the last
      • analysis period is converted.
      • The commitment items are converted into the year-independent standard
        • hierachy (variant 000).
        • Entries in Customizing tables FMCIVARNT(T)are generated.

        • The classification data in table INOB is converted. Customizing
          • entries on classification in tables TCLA
          , TCLT, TCLTT, TCLO, TCLAO, TCLAX
          and TCLR are adjusted.
          • The program processes all FM areas in all clients. For each client and
            • FM area for every G_CON_SIZE_MAX (1000) records are converted; theconverted data is indicated using field AZPKZ = G_CON_DONE (Y) intables FMFPO u. FMFCPO.
            • Long texts of commitment items in tables STXH, STXL and
              • STXB are copied. This means that OLD as well as NEW exist.
              • The program generates a log with the standard log interface.

              • You can execute the program as often as you wish.

                • Output
                If there is an error you will receive an error list.

                Activities
                If there is an error execute a manual error correction method and startthe program again.
