Treasury Bulk File Extract Program

Purpose
This report extracts data from special ledger 97 in table groupFMUSFGFACTS2 and places it in a work file to be used by the other FACTSII processes.

Features

Selection
The selection screen consists of:

Selection for Application of Funds
The fields here are all optional.

• Application of Funds


• Preparer ID (from the application of funds master record)


• Certifier ID (also from the application of funds)

Selection for FACTS II for Special Ledger
The fields here are optional, except where noted under Extract FileOption below.


• Fiscal Year


• Up to Period


• Company Code

Extract File Option


• Delete Existing Extract Records Based on Above Selection

If you select this button, the system requires you to enter theposting period and fiscal year in the Special Ledger section describedabove.

• Delete All Existing Extract Records


• Create New Records or Update Existing Records

If you select this button, the system requires you to enter theposting period and fiscal year in the Special Ledger section describedabove.

Output


• The output is dependent on which option you select for "Extract File
Option" (see above).

• If a record has one or more footnotes, the "Footnote exists" column in
the ALV is checked for that record. You can display the footnote(s). Ifyou delete a record, any associated footnotes are deleted also.

• Records are not saved to the database until you choose Save in
the output list. One of the following then happens:
Records with status "To be deleted" are deleted.
Records with status "New record" are created if you have selected"Create New Records or Update Existing Records".
Records with status "Updated" are updated if you have selected "CreateNew Records or Update Existing Records".
Records with status "Old Record" already exist in the extract file. Theyappear for information only.
