Description
This program reloads archived earmarked funds to the database. Youshould use it with great care. It is particularly dangerous to reloaddocuments if the customizing settings have changed in the meantime.

Precondition
Before reloading, make sure that the documents really are not in thedatabase. auch wirklich nicht mehr auf der Datenbank vorhanden sind.

Output
The system tells you how many documents were successfully and how manywere rejected. A document is rejected if it is in the database or ifyou are not authorized to reload it.
