Purpose
This program is useful for the migration from cash budget managementto liquidity calculation. It transfers the assignment ofcommitment items for general ledgers into a list that corrects locallyand that can then be used to define info accounts (accounts withassignment information) in the liquidity calculation using the programRFLQ_UPLOAD_INFACC.
A prerequisite is that liquidity items have already been created for thecommitment items, for example by using the program RFLQ_CB_MASTER.
The goal of this action is that the assignment mechanism FLQAD deliveractual data in the liquidity calulcation that is comparable with thatof the cash budget management, but without using query sequences andexit functions for the assignment. However, tests and adaptations willgenerally still be needed.
