Purpose
You can activate recording of data for the EC sales list, even if thereare already postings in the system that must be included in the list. Ifpostings relevant for the EC sales list already exist at the time of theactivation, then the appropriate recording data is missing for thesealready posted documents. This report adds the missing entries to thethe recording table DFKKREPZM for the EC sales list.
If the report selects documents for which recording data already exists,it ignores these documents and does not record them again.

Prerequisites

• You have activated recording of the EC sales list for the relevant
company codes in Customizing (see Customizing for Contract AccountsReceivable and Payable under Basic Functions -> EC Sales List ->Make Specifications for EC Sales List). The report reads missingdocuments only for the activated company codes. A company code isconsidered activated when there is an entry in Customizing for it withan appropriate reporting date type.

• A value added tax (VAT) registration number is entered in the relevant
business partner. The report selects only business partners for which aVAT registration number has been entered. For business partners withouta VAT registration number, the report does not generate any entries inthe recording table even if relevant postings exist.

Activities
Execute the report if relevant postings were made before the activationof recording of data for the EC sales list.
